By booking an appointment with Setsbykm, you kindly acknowledge and agree to the following:
We ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made outside this window may result in loss of payment.
If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee will apply. Appointments may be adjusted or shortened if time is affected.
No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount and may limit future bookings.
Full payment is required at the end of your appointment. Prices are subject to change, and additional services may incur extra charges.
Please take a moment to check your nails before leaving. Any concerns should be shared during your appointment so we can assist.
Complimentary fixes within 48 hours are available for workmanship-related concerns only. This does not include breakage, wear and tear, aftercare issues, or changes of mind.
Refunds are not offered, however we are always happy to assess and assist where possible.
For health and safety reasons, we may be unable to proceed if nails show signs of infection or severe damage. Aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
To ensure the best results, we do not work over another technician’s work. All new clients are kindly asked to arrive with bare, product-free nails. Removal services must be booked separately.
To maintain a calm and safe environment, additional guests or children are not permitted unless approved beforehand.
We reserve the right to respectfully decline or discontinue service if these policies are not followed.
