By booking an appointment with Setsbykm, you kindly acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • We ask for 48 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made outside this window may result in loss of payment.

  • If you arrive 15 minutes or more late, a $10 late fee will apply. Appointments may be adjusted or shortened if time is affected.

  • No-show appointments will be charged the full service amount and may limit future bookings.

  • Full payment is required at the end of your appointment. Prices are subject to change, and additional services may incur extra charges.

  • Please take a moment to check your nails before leaving. Any concerns should be shared during your appointment so we can assist.

  • Complimentary fixes within 48 hours are available for workmanship-related concerns only. This does not include breakage, wear and tear, aftercare issues, or changes of mind.

  • Refunds are not offered, however we are always happy to assess and assist where possible.

  • For health and safety reasons, we may be unable to proceed if nails show signs of infection or severe damage. Aftercare is the client’s responsibility.

  • To ensure the best results, we do not work over another technician’s work. All new clients are kindly asked to arrive with bare, product-free nails. Removal services must be booked separately.

  • To maintain a calm and safe environment, additional guests or children are not permitted unless approved beforehand.

  • We reserve the right to respectfully decline or discontinue service if these policies are not followed.
